We only charge 10% sales tax, because we pay the additional 3.25% to save you money. We will also be offering additional savings through out the year and especially to repeat guest.
Our goal is to handle the property management ourselves; this will allow us to keep offering better rates and to be more selective over who rents our cabin. We have worked very hard to purchase/remodel the cabin, we want guest who will take care of and appreciate it as if it were their own. With a Property Mgt. Co. all too ofter the cabins are left trashed due to lack of guest screening, and their cleaning crews are sub-par. By staying in our cabin; you will have the peace of mind of knowing that you be arriving to a very nicely updated, clean cabin with a great location in Pigeon Forge, Tn. for your next vacation.
